How to Access Your Recordings and Bonuses
When you registered for a program you should receive a confirmation email. The confirmation emails should include instructions on how to log into the membership site. If you believe that you are missing those instructions or are having challenges logging in, please do the following BEFORE you contact us:
1. Check your spam folder before contacting us for a missing email.
2. Make sure you are using the same email you used when you registered for the program.
3. Access the program from a laptop or desktop. Phones and tablets often create issues when accessing the membership site.
4. Clear your cache and cookies if you aren’t able to login.
If you don’t have the membership access email, send an email to: [email protected] and you will be emailed your login credentials.
Note that we are in the office during regular business hours Monday through Friday and it may take up to 24 hours during regular business hours to respond.

Once you have logged in successfully, you will be directed to your User Profile page that will look similar to this:
If you do not see a screen that looks like this after logging in, click “User Profile” in the bottom left-hand corner:
By clicking the link of your program, you will also see a list of modules similar to this:
If you would like to update your email address for your account, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen, then click on “edit my profile”.
